Programs: I used SAI for this.
Inspiration: For a while now i needed a hair cut to let my hair grow. my ends were bad. when i finally got it after holding back and being scared about it. i was really happy about it. I also felt almost like Mulan when she cut her hair. STRONG! and it gave me this idea cause i think i have really transformed!
How long to complete: Two days.
